Making Alabama the Heart of Afordability 

The Central Alabama Affordability Cooridor Project  

Groceries: Lower costs with a rail integrated grocery delivery service

 Energy: Lower electricity rates by lowering peak demand with a storage/renewable  strategy

Housing: Increase the supply of affordable homes using the mutuall ownership model pioneered to house World War II defense workers

Healthcare: Increase the use of personalized care plans to guide prevention, establish a federal reinsurance program, and establish a pharmaceutical price negotiation system based on the Canadian model

Workforce: Provide universal child and elder care to expand the labor force based on the World War Two mobilization and fund apprenticeships with a GI Bill type model 

Capital, Credit, and Insurance: Use the backing of the federal government to lower the capital costs of affordability projects and lower the cost of logistics insurance
